Mesquite households, landlords and attorneys can order certified translation from Prism Language Solutions for delivery by email, and book interpreters from its nationwide network in person, by phone or by video for the justice court on Galloway Avenue, the Dallas County courthouses and Dallas Regional Medical Center. Scheduling runs from New York, the company’s single office, and on-site jobs go to a linguist based in the eastern Dallas suburbs. Mesquite is one of the most Spanish-speaking suburbs in Dallas County. In the 2024 five-year American Community Survey, 49,619 residents aged five and over, 36 percent, speak Spanish at home, and 22.7 percent of the city was born abroad. Mexico accounts for almost two-thirds of the foreign-born; Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Cuba together add about 3,000 more. The rest of the list is unusual for a suburb this size: roughly 1,340 residents born in Nigeria and 900 in Ghana, alongside India, the Philippines and Vietnam. Most of what Mesquite asks us for is small and urgent: an interpreter for an eviction hearing next Tuesday, a certified translation of a birth certificate before a school or benefits deadline, a family meeting at the hospital. None of it needs a long engagement, and all of it can start with a call to +1 (833) 282 8883.

Court Interpreters for Mesquite Justice and Municipal Courts
Two courts inside the city handle the cases residents meet most often. Dallas County Justice of the Peace Precinct 2, Place 2 sits in the Mesquite Government Center, 500 South Galloway Avenue, Suite P200, and hears evictions, small claims and occupational driver’s license petitions. The Mesquite Municipal Court, 211 Municipal Way, takes Class C citations written by police, code enforcement, animal control and the fire marshal.
Short hearings in these courts are often covered without an agency. The state Office of Court Administration runs the Texas Court Remote Interpreter Service, which gives any Texas court licensed Spanish interpreters by phone or video for hearings of about half an hour or less, such as pleas, arraignments and some eviction hearings. Anything longer is referred to an on-site licensed interpreter. That is where we come in: a contested eviction with several witnesses, a bench trial on a citation, or a landlord’s attorney who wants a licensed interpreter for a tenant interview before the hearing. See court interpreting and on-site interpreting.Dallas County Court Interpreters for Mesquite Cases
Felonies and misdemeanors from Mesquite go downtown to the Frank Crowley Courts Building, 133 North Riverfront Boulevard, which houses the county criminal courts and the criminal district courts. Divorces, custody cases and civil suits above the justice-court limit go to the George Allen Courts Building, 600 Commerce Street.
Dallas County is many times larger than the 50,000-resident threshold in Texas Government Code 57.002, so a Spanish interpreter in any of those courtrooms must hold a Texas license; for another language, an unlicensed interpreter may be appointed only once the judge finds no licensed one within 75 miles. Every quote we send states the interpreter’s license status. For family cases, translated exhibits such as Mexican or Honduran custody orders and foreign divorce judgments are covered on divorce decree translation and legal translation.
Certified Translation for Mesquite Immigration Cases
All five Mesquite ZIP codes are assigned in USCIS’s ZIP-code file to the Dallas Field Office, 6500 Campus Circle Drive East, Irving, for green card and naturalization interviews; the interview notice is what confirms it. A Mesquite resident in removal proceedings appears at Room 1060, 1100 Commerce Street, home of the Dallas Immigration Court. Both apply the rule in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3): each foreign-language document needs a full English translation, certified by a translator competent in both languages. Acceptance is the officer’s or the judge’s call.
Mesquite files bring Mexican actas, Honduran RNP and Salvadoran civil registry certificates, Guatemalan RENAP records and Cuban birth and marriage certificates, each with its own seals and later annotations, all translated in place. English is the official language of Nigeria and Ghana, so records from there seldom need translating; the request is more often an interpreter for the interview itself. What each form needs is set out on USCIS translation; the most requested single page is covered on birth certificate translation.
Medical Interpreters at Dallas Regional Medical Center
Mesquite’s own hospital is Dallas Regional Medical Center, 1011 North Galloway Avenue, a 202-bed acute-care hospital founded in 1926 and run by Prime Healthcare since 2015. Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Sunnyvale, a 70-bed hospital on South Collins Road, sits just east of the city line. Like every hospital taking federal funds, both must give patients free language assistance under 45 CFR 92.201, and phone or video lines cover most encounters.
The bookings that come to us are the ones where a family wants a person in the room: a Spanish interpreter for a surgical consult and the follow-up visits, or a Yoruba speaker for an elderly patient who is more comfortable in Yoruba than English. For records sent from a clinic in Mexico or Honduras to a new Mesquite doctor, see medical translation; for bookings, medical interpreting.
Spanish, Yoruba and Twi Translation in Mesquite
Day to day, Mesquite orders are mostly Spanish translation, and the issuing country matters more than people expect: Cuban, Honduran and Mexican documents use different registry formats and different legal vocabulary, so tell us where the document was issued. A Spanish interpreter for a Mesquite hearing should be booked by the country and region the speaker comes from, which is also how we catch a Guatemalan client whose first language is a Mayan one.
For West African families, Yoruba translation, Igbo translation and Twi translation cover letters, affidavits and church records; spoken interpreting in those languages is arranged by video or in person. Tagalog, Vietnamese and Arabic round out the list, through a Tagalog interpreter, Vietnamese translation and Arabic translation. Students enrolling at the Dallas College Eastfield campus in Mesquite with schooling from abroad need transcript translation. Short certificates are guided at around $24.95 a page; the fixed price is on your written quote.
