Frisco residents and businesses receive certified translation from Prism Language Solutions by email, and the company books interpreters through its nationwide network, in person, by phone or on video, anywhere in the Collin and Denton county parts of the city. A linguist based in or near Frisco takes any in-person assignment. Its only office is in New York, and it replies to a quote request with a fixed written price within 60 minutes in business hours.
Frisco is the rare Texas city where Spanish is not the first language schools plan around. Frisco ISD, with about 62,700 students and 77 languages, reported in November 2025 that Telugu had passed Spanish at the top of its language list for the first time. Tamil, Hindi, Mandarin, Urdu, Korean, Arabic, Japanese and Portuguese complete its top ten.The census tells the same story at city scale. In 2020 Asian residents were 26 percent of Frisco’s 200,509 people, up from under 10 percent in 2010, and in the 2024 survey nearly three in ten residents were born abroad, most of them in Asia. The 2020 to 2024 estimates count about 21,700 residents speaking languages in the category that holds Telugu and Tamil, 17,200 in the category that holds Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu, and 14,400 speaking Spanish.

Telugu, Tamil and Hindi Translation in Frisco
Much of India’s paperwork is issued in English, or in English alongside a state language, so a Frisco family’s file is often part translation, part not. The certified translation has to cover every word that is not in English, including the Telugu or Tamil half of a bilingual birth certificate, a registrar’s stamp, or a handwritten endorsement on the back. Leaving them out because “the English is already there” is how a file ends up with a request for evidence.
We route Telugu translation, Tamil translation, Hindi translation and Urdu translation to translators who read the script as issued, and keep names spelled exactly as in the passport. For Chinese and Korean families, Chinese translation of notarial certificates and Korean translation of family relation certificates are the usual requests.
Interpreters for Frisco ISD Parent and ARD Meetings
Frisco ISD counts 7,957 emergent bilingual students, 13 percent of enrollment. Translated notices cover the routine letters home. The meetings are harder. Under federal special education rules, a school must take steps so a parent understands the ARD committee meeting where a child’s plan is decided, including arranging an interpreter for a parent who needs one.
An ARD meeting runs long and uses dense vocabulary: evaluation scores, related services, accommodations. We send an interpreter briefed on that vocabulary, in person or by video, and can translate the finished plan afterward. Arabic, Japanese and Portuguese are as easy to book as Telugu. See on-site interpreting and video remote interpreting.
Court Interpreters for Collin and Denton County Courts
Frisco straddles two counties, and the case caption decides the courthouse. Collin County cases are heard at the county courts building at 2100 Bloomdale Road in McKinney, which houses all fifteen district courts and all seven county courts at law; the 199th, 219th, 296th, 366th, 380th, 401st and 416th carry the felony dockets. Denton County cases go to the Denton County Courts Building at 1450 East McKinney Street in Denton. Both counties are far above the 50,000-resident line, so Texas Government Code 57.002 requires a licensed interpreter for a proceeding when one is requested.
Federal matters from both counties belong to the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas, which sits at the courthouse at 7940 Preston Road in Plano. If no licensed interpreter in Telugu or Tamil is available within 75 miles, the court may qualify one on the record, and we supply the credentials to support that. See court interpreting.
Certified Translation for USCIS Irving from Frisco
Collin and Denton are both on the county list of the USCIS Dallas Field Office, 6500 Campus Circle Drive East in Irving, where Frisco green card and naturalization interviews take place. Removal cases go to the Dallas Immigration Court at 1100 Commerce Street. For either, 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) asks for a complete English translation of each foreign document and the translator’s certification of accuracy and competence.
For employment-based and family cases the usual papers are degree certificates and mark sheets, experience letters, and marriage records for a dependent spouse. Order diploma translation, employment letter translation or marriage certificate translation through USCIS translation. The Irving officer, not the translator, decides whether the evidence is accepted.
Medical Interpreters for Frisco Hospitals
Frisco’s hospitals include Baylor Scott & White Medical Center on Warren Parkway, Texas Health Frisco at 12400 Dallas Parkway, and Medical City Frisco at Frisco Square. They rely on remote interpreting lines for most encounters. For a planned surgery, a new cancer diagnosis or a birth, families ask for a person in the room; we book a Hindi interpreter, a Mandarin interpreter or a Korean interpreter to the appointment. See medical interpreting.
Business Translation for Frisco Headquarters
Keurig Dr Pepper, T-Mobile and the Dallas Cowboys at The Star are among Frisco’s large employers. Corporate work arrives as contracts, HR policies for staff abroad, product copy and investor material, and it needs consistent terminology across releases. Collin College’s Preston Ridge campus and UNT’s Frisco campus add academic records to the mix.
